We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.

We are obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

1. You don’t want it after you’ve purchased or downloaded it
2. The item did not meet your expectations, or you feel the item is of low quality
3. You simply change your mind
4. You bought an item by mistake
5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
6. You claim that you are entitled to a refund, but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund

Refund Initiate if and only if:

1. The product will not be received within 24 hours
2. The item downloading link does not work
3. You don’t receive the products that you have bought

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

In case of a refund, you (the customer) will get the money back in your account within 14 working days.
